Drug Safety Unit (Pharmacovigilance Unit)
The Drug Safety Unit (Pharmacovigilance) is dedicated to monitoring and evaluating adverse drug reactions and issues reported by you. By reporting any observed side effects from Afachemi Pharmaceuticals’ products, you help us update and maintain the safety information of these medicines. All submitted reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and the information of both the reporter and the patient is protected in accordance with internal regulations.
If you wish to report an adverse reaction related to Afachemi’s medicines—whether experienced by yourself, your relatives, or suspected due to workplace exposure—please complete the online form below. Our team will contact you promptly to follow up.
